Shipping + Refund Policy
We ship out orders on Sunday-Tuesday. If you order on Wednesday, the orders will will be processed and shipped out the following Sun-Tues.
If you purchase a future break, the whole order will NOT ship out until the break from the order has occurred. If you do not want to wait, please make separate orders.
For example, on March 6th, you placed an order which contains a Elite Trainer Box and a break that is going to happen in March 24th. The order will not ship out until after March 24th.
PLEASE READ: IF A SHIPPING CARRIER HAS A CHEAPER SERVICE, WE WILL CHOOSE THAT ONE UNLESS IT IS A PO BOX. (EX: If UPS actually has a better rate than USPS, we will choose UPS)
If the package is marked delivered at the exact address given in the order and you claim that you did not receive the package, there is almost nothing we can do. Please work with the shipping carrier to find the package. We will provide any evidence as possible, however we do not owe a refund as we do not drop off these packages ourselves. Feel free to email us for any further questions. We will be happy to assist where we can.
If the tracking has not said delivered, please wait for the carrier to update the status themselves. We do not control what the carriers status is.
Damaged or partially missing orders:
We very carefully pack all of our packages with ample bubble wrap to ensure no damage has been done. If the box itself is heavily damaged when receiving the package, please take photos and reach out to the carrier who delivered the package.
If something is missing from the order, please reach out to us. Be advised that we take our packing very seriously and hardly find mistakes. We triple check all orders going out so you will be met with doubt when reaching out to us about this. We will do whatever we can do help out. Do not hesitate to reach out.
We DO NOT provide additional insurance outside of the one that is already given by the provider automatically. If you would like more insurance, please email us before we ship out the package. You must pay for the additional insurance coverage.
For Breaks, shipping costs $3.99 for anywhere in the US. Ships via First Class Mail. Break purchases over $50 will be free.
For Sealed Product and Singles, prices are generated based on weight + USPS/UPS.
Rest of World:
Prices are generated based on weight + USPS/DHL
More information in our Breaks Policy. We do not refund breaks after they have been opened, unless you received the wrong cards. You must validate and provide proof that you received the wrong cards.
For Sealed Product:
All products we are sell are 100% authentic. Please read the description VERY carefully. It has everything you need to know about what you are ordering. If there are any hesitations, you can reach out to email@example.com
IF in the very off chance that you find the item to be tampered with after you broke the seal, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will try our best to work with you.
We have every right to stop specific customers from purchasing.
RETURNS: We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and additional $5 as a restocking fee. The customer MUST pay for the shipping cost back to the return address.
CANCELLATIONS: If you decide you want to cancel the order before we ship it out, we will substract $5 from the refund. The second time you ask for a cancellation on an order, your address will be banned from our site.
This applies to preorders AND instock items. It does not matter.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
